Daily Energy Expenditure
Total Energy expenditure is the amount of calories burned by the human body in one day adjusted to the amount of physical activity level which is correspondent to the daily calories needed.
All you need is to multiply the result by the correspondent number to your physical activity level (P.A.L.)
P.A.L. => 1.2 Little to no exercise
P.A.L. => 1.375 Light exercise (1-3 days per week)
P.A.L. => 1.55 Moderate exercise (3-5 days per week)
P.A.L. => 1.725 Heavy exercise (6-7 days per week)
P.A.L. => 1.9 Very Heavy exercise (twice per day)
